  3. Valid for customers at least 23 years old. Those who are below the age of 23 years old have to be accompanied by their parents.
  4. Only valid for Singaporeans, PR, LTVP, or Work Pass Holders. Not available for tourists.
  5. Valid at all 7 outlets.
  6. The voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, or non-refundable for Cash or Credit of any kind.
  7. You may select a tentative appointment date on the payment page. Appointments are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Our customer service team will be in touch within the day to confirm your appointment date.
  8. Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email with a unique order number. Quote the order number when our customer service team gets in touch with you to confirm your appointment date.
  9. Muscle work will only be done if clinically allowed and recommended by our specialist. Please bring along your past X-ray if you have any pre-existing condition.
  10. An X-Ray may be recommended by the specialist if the condition is assessed to require one before performing any treatment.
  11. Do bring along any health referral forms, and relevant medical reports (X-rays, MRI, etc) for your first visit. Alternatively, you can reply to the order confirmation email with the reports prior to your first appointment.
