5. Those who are below the age of 21 years old have to be accompanied by their parents.
6. Presentation of NRIC is required for verification purposes.
7. Prior appointment is required and subject to availability.
8. For the best experience, it is advised to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is given from your appointment time, after which your appointment may be postponed or rescheduled.
