David is a professional personal trainer, life coach and a fitness speaker, who started out as a physical training instructor in the Naval Diver Unit. He is an avid marathon runner who enjoys beating his own best timing. Having been in the fitness field for 15 years, David continues to firmly commit his life mission of transforming the quality of his clients’ life and guiding them closer to their fitness goals. Certified by the Singapore Sports Council and International Sports Sciences Association, Gerald Tan specialises in personal training programmes suitable for both adults and youths. His strengths are in weight loss, overall strength and conditioning as well as general physical fitness for youths about to enlist for military service. He believes that a good workout can be achieved anywhere! A qualified Personal Fitness Trainer with more than 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Gerald tailors his training routines according to his clients needs and goals. He also conducts workshops and group fitness classes on Total Body Conditioning, Circuit/Interval Training and Boot Camps.
Saiful is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and he specializes in weight loss, strength training, metabolic conditioning and functional fitness. His spark of interest in fitness started when he was serving in the National Service as a firefighter. Saiful really enjoys working with individuals who are new to the gym and want a fresh start in fitness. His mission with Anytime Fitness is to help, motivate, inspire and at the same time educate individuals in achieving their goals while maintaining a positive and fun environment. He always believes that fitness is a way of life and not a destination. His personal beliefs in personal training revolve around tailoring each clients' exercise program according to their needs and goals because everyone is different, and there is no cookie cutter approach in personal training.
