Felicia is a hyperactive outdoor individual who is passionate in helping people to achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthy lifestyle. She started her fitness journey by participating in marathons and also develops immerse passion in Muay Thai. She strongly believes that commitment is a major factor in health investment. If you have any general enquiries with regards to membership or admin related, you can easily approach her friendly persona in the club with a chat!
Louise graduated with a degree in Events and Management. She started her fitness journey at a young and ripe age competing in marathons. Subsequently, she fell in love with training in the gym. She eventually participated in her first ever competition in the Singapore Fitness Model League in 2016 and placed 4th. The determination she has made her hungry to achieve more. She is an approachable and motivating individual who loves to hold a good conversation. She is specialized in Powerlifting, especially it's techniques and form. Do feel free to approach her about form and technique during your sessions with us!

Manfred started his fitness journey back in his early teens when he was training in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jujitsu. Due to his neglect in the area of strength & conditioning, he suffered several minor injuries which led to a serious injury and had to go for rehabilitation. Since then, he started doing strength & conditioning which improved his game tremendously. This led to his passion in Fitness and he has been doing Personal Training for the past 5 years, helping clients from all walks of life to achieve their fitness goals.
